Healthcare Associate Lawyer

Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald, LLP, the largest law firm in northeastern Pennsylvania, is currently seeking a Healthcare Associate . The position will be located in the Wilkes-Barre headquarters office. Two plus years of health law experience preferred. Knowledge of fraud and abuse laws, including Stark and Anti-Kickback, transactional work for healthcare entities, physician practice development, HIPAA, and Medicare/Medicaid issues desired. Must have willingness to expand experience and skill set into all of the above areas. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills and willingness to take on client responsibilities. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.
