HUMAN RESOURCES OPPORTUNITIES
Benco Dental Company, is the nation's largest independent distributor of dental supplies/equipment, and one of the Best Places to Work in PA for four consecutive years. We are expanding our department and are seeking a Human Resources Generalist and an Assistant to join our Culture and People (HR) department.
Generalist responsibilities include recruiting, processing compensation changes, and benefit administration. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience; the ability to communicate effectively; excellent interpersonal skills; computer experience necessary.
Assistant responsibilities will include data entry, answering phones, filing, copying, mailings, etc. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, phone, and communication skills, as well as computer experience. Prior HR experience a plus.
