WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Benco Dental Company, the nation's largest independent distributor of dental supplies and equipment, recently voted one of the Best Places to Work in PA for the third consecutive year, is seeking an individual with strong leadership/motivational skills for the position of Warehouse Supervisor. Warehouse hours of operation are 10 am to 6:30 pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, directing and training of warehouse personnel who process customer orders (picking/checking/shipping/receiving) in a fast paced environment. Position requirements include the ability to communicate effectively; excellent supervisory/training/interpersonal skills; computer skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; five years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations or equivalent combination of education/experience. Experience in quality and safety implementation programs preferred.
